2N addresses typical company concerns about Team Augmentation, offering: a 2-week trial with the option to exit, careful developer selection for technical and cultural fit, an experienced team of 25 Ruby on Rails developers, a strong focus on code quality, testing, and documentation, competitive and transparent rates, and minimal turnover.

We offer a 2-week trial. If the developer doesn't meet expectations, you can exit the collaboration without consequences (we've never had that happen so far).

Hourly rates are: Junior: 20–30 EUR, Mid: 30–40 EUR, Senior: 40–55 EUR.

If a slowdown occurs, we enable a "freeze" of the collaboration and find the developer other tasks within the company or with other clients, so the client doesn't pay for unused hours.

Yes. We enable mentoring of junior team members and development of technical and leadership skills – solely at the developer's request and in a way that does not affect their performance on the project.

Turnover is minimal – over the past 4 years, only 2 seniors have left us, one of whom returned after a year.
