Client's Problem

As the product offering expanded and the need for more efficient order handling grew, the company recognized the lack of a suitable tool for door configuration. A clear demand emerged for a solution that would enable precise product customization and streamline the sales process. In response, a dedicated configurator in the form of a web application was developed, significantly improving operational efficiency and elevating the customer experience, bringing the company to a new level of professionalism.

In Action
What we did

Defining the functional scope of product configurators.

Based on the existing business model and previously used tools, we identified the key start and end points of the product configuration process on the administrator side. The next step was to define the operating mechanisms, communication scope, and responsibilities of the configurator dedicated to the sales team.

Technology

Thanks to the previously prepared mockups, we efficiently defined technological requirements and selected modern solutions that ensured a fast implementation process and the creation of a highly responsive application.

Interfaces for both layers of the application — administrator and seller — were designed to faithfully reflect the brand identity and clearly support daily business process management.

Process Personalization

The configurators feature a multi-step process for configuring the final object, which involves the complexity of component processes. We ensured that each stage had clearly assigned tasks, minimizing memory load and maintaining smoothness and speed at every step.
