Pal Serwis PremiumWoodPack is a company operating in the wooden pallet manufacturing and logistics industry. It serves both local and nationwide customers, offering high quality and flexibility in deliveries.

The company has a network of collection points and its own production, making it an important player in its industry. It stands out for its reliability and commitment to process transparency.

Until now, the company lacked an IT tool that would consolidate data and reports, and most processes were carried out by phone and in Excel spreadsheets.

Client's Problem

The client hired an external consultant to map processes and gather requirements. The consultant confirmed the need to build a single central system for managing orders, production, transport, warehouse and collection points. There were no real-time reports, which made it difficult to make decisions and track stock levels.

Challenges for 2N
  • Integrating all business processes – from CRM, through orders and production, to warehouse, transport and reporting – into one consistent environment.
  • Ensuring complete history and accuracy of warehouse movements by using idempotency logic and delta control.
  • Creating a reporting application for four collection points, enabling daily reporting and automatic data consolidation.
  • Delivering the project while taking into account the limitations and overhead of the Airtable platform, which required additional workarounds, optimizations and thoughtful system architecture.

What we did

Step-by-step implementation

The project began with a process analysis conducted by an external consultant and mapping them to system requirements. After evaluating existing solutions and analyzing costs and risks, it was decided to build a dedicated Airtable solution fully tailored to business needs.

Functions supporting daily work

The system integrates CRM, production, orders, warehouse, transport and reporting in one place. It enables customer management, order tracking, stock reservations and daily reporting of collection point stock in a consistent structure.

Practical integration with responsibilities

Views and automations were designed to support the daily work of different teams. Sales staff use CRM and offers, production works with orders and statuses, and drivers with transport planners. This way everyone has access to current information in real time.

Intuitive work environment

The system was equipped with automatic status updates and activity archiving. Interfaces and views are tailored to user roles – ensuring quick access to key data and maximum work transparency.

Collection points reporting system

A dedicated reporting application allows four collection points to enter stock information daily. All data is automatically archived and aggregated in the central system, providing real-time insights and full transparency for the entire organization.
